Jack London as a writer was ahead of his time. His stories still touch the hearts of those who were not brought up on his fine writing style. To have all of his writings in one volume is a treasure to have. "The Call of the Wild" and "White Fang" are two of my all-time favorite books. I highly recommend adding this book to your Kindle Library.

I have just starting reading this book and I am following the progression of the index. I am enjoying the stories another time around and I am thoroughly convinced that Jack London was a very gifted author.

Always was on my bucket list to read all Jack Londons books, glad I ran across this version. Some of his work stated slow, but all the books eventually took on a fascinating life of their own.

It was a wonderful way to read his works. The stories included in the collection gave me an insight into society at that time in history. I'm not quite sure where he stood on many of the issues of the day but his writings have made me curious to discover more about him as a writer and a person. A number of his books were beautifully written - so descriptive that you could actually picture the locations and the events. Some of the books were preachy and made me wonder at time just what position he was taking. I would guess that the these may have been some of his earlier efforts.

I really enjoy London's novels and short stories, especially the ironic story, 'to build a fire'. Written during the Alaska gold rush, his themes involve how civilization has impacted humans' ability to survive in hostile environments.

As I live and teach a goodly part of the year in Costa Rica and all of my books are back in the US, I love these digital collections! They make it possible for me to maintain access to a rich library of classics without having to ship my books back and forth. I also recommend them for my students as it is difficult for them to find English classic literature to study here. This a great complete collection of Jack London's novels!

Love Jack so having these at my finger tips is a real plus.

I like reading Jack London. I did not have all of his work but I guess Call of the Wild was one of my favorites. I recommend.
